Maryland Sagamore Development Co. LLC is planning to build the Sagamore Spirit Distillery in the Port Covington neighborhood of Baltimore. Minnesota Martin Luther Manor is planning to build an addition in Bloomington. Ohio Casto, a developer, has selected Lincoln Construction Inc. to convert the Julian & Kokenge Co. factory building at 272 S. Front St. in Columbus into the Julian Building Loft Apartments. The six-story, 125,000-sq-ft building will include 90 rental apartments, indoor parking and, on the first floor, a potential coffee shop.
