Best Projects 2009: Regionals Awards
McGraw-Hill Construction is pleased to announce the winners of its annual Best of the Best Awards. The competition recognizes construction and design excellence of the past year from the regional winners of McGraw-Hill Construction’s network of 11 Regional Publications’ Best of 2009 Awards. Each magazine honors its circulation region’s most outstanding completed projects and the teams that built them. This year McGraw-Hill Construction expanded eligibility to include all 50 states.

Best of New York
New York Construction's Best of awards competition recognizes design and construction excellence of projects substantially completed in the past year and located in the tri-state region of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, plus Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

Best of California
California Construction's annual Best Of awards recognizes construction and design excellence throughout the state and Hawaii with separate regional awards for Northern and Southern California.

Best of Mid-Atlantic
Mid-Atlantic Construction magazine's annual awards competition showcases the best projects built in Washington, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Best of Midwest
The Midwest Construction Best of competition honors the best projects in commercial construction in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa and Minnesota. But entries also came from surrounding states that Midwest Construction covers less intently: Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, and Ohio.
