Ohio Team Gemini LLC is planning to develop the Gemini Synergy Center, an industrial park whose main component will be the Center of Resource Recovery and Recycling (COR3). COR3 will consist of a 185,000-sq-ft landfill receiving facility as well as a recovery and recycling facility that will process municipal solid waste. The project will include the construction of 1.6 million sq ft of greenhouses, a waste-to-energy center that uses anaerobic digesters, combined heat-and-power generators, and 50,000 sq ft office and research center.
