VIRGINIA Monument Realty has submitted a site-plan amendment to Arlington County for Monument View, a 419,000-sq-ft office complex. The site is a 4.7-acre parcel of land along Old Jefferson Davis Highway between Sixth Street South and 10th Street South in the Crystal City neighborhood. The first phase of the complex, designed by Gensler, includes a six-story, 186,000-sq-ft building and a five-story, 131,000-sq-ft building arranged in an L-shaped plan with a shared central lobby and two-story atrium; a two-level, 550-space parking garage is included below.
