NEW YORK The Albany Convention Center Authority is planning to build a new downtown convention center. The agency recently revealed the design for the brick-and-glass structure, developed by architect HNTB. MISSOURI Kwame Building Group has been awarded a contract through Green Companies Inc. to provide design-management support on a landfill gas-to-energy project at the Fred Weber Co. Solid Waste Landfill in Maryland Heights. Kwame will provide design-management support on the Ameren UE methane gas-to-energy project. NEW MEXICO Summit Builders has been awarded a $32.5-million contract by the New Mexico Spaceport Authority to build a terminal/hangar facility.
