CALIFORNIA The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission has awarded S.J. FLORIDA The Sunny Isles Beach City Council has awarded a $9.2-million contract to Coastal Construction Group for the construction of Sunny Isles Beach Heritage Park and parking garage, a four-acre multi-use facility located at 19200 Collins Ave. in Sunny Isles Beach. The park will contain two playgrounds, a gazebo, a basketball court and an exercise trail. In addition, the project will include a 500-space parking garage, a concession stand and public restrooms. NEW JERSY The New Jersey Dept. of Transportation has awarded a $15-million contract to AECOM Technology Corp. for construction management and inspection services. The work involves completing the second phase of the replacement of causeway bridges and road sections of Route 52.
