PENNSYLVANIA The Housing Authority of the County of Chester has selected Remington Group Inc. to oversee planning and construction of the proposed new redevelopment of Fairview Village near Fairview Ave. and Grant St. on the north side of Phoenixville. CONNECTICUT The Freshwater Group retained W&M Construction Corp. as the construction manager for a $10-million renovation and expansion project at The Watermark, a continuing-care retirement community at 3030 Park in Bridgeport.
