photo contest

For the closing issue of 2003, ENR will once again capture "The Year in Construction" through photographs readers have taken of projects and people. We're asking individuals and firms, amateur photographers and professionals, to submit their best construction shots, taken anywhere in the world between Nov. 1, 2002 and Oct. 31, 2003.

We want dynamic, well-composed, aesthetically pleasing and dramatic pictures of projects and structures, equipment and materials, and most of all, people at work. An all-new panel of judges from ENR and other publications will select the best of the best for inclusion in ENR's Dec. 29 issue. Winners will be published in ENR and will receive an award certificate honoring their contribution to "The Year in Construction."

Download an entry form by clicking on the link below, or call 1-800-525-0026. Prints, slides and high-resolution digital images may be submitted. Owners must grant Engineering News-Record print and digital publication rights.

Print out the entry form and return it with mailed entries. If you are submitting images as e-mail attachments, send to enr_photo_contest@mcgraw-hill.com. Please include all the required information in your message. Entries are due no later than Nov. 7, 2003.

We look forward to seeing your pictures. Good luck!

Jan Tuchman,
Editor-in-chief
