Wirtgen Autopilot is a string-less control system for Wirtgen SP 15 and SP 25 slipform pavers. The GPS-based system is designed for use with poured-in-place concrete profiles, including curbs, safety barriers and slabs. The Autopilot system works with a rover pole to establish paving coordinates and can work directly from digital models. The software can be used with a laser, ultrasonic sensor or total station when precision concrete placement is required. Wirtgen America Inc.; 615-501-0600; www.wirtgenamerica.com
