| Equipment Security Cable: Locking Mechanism Requires Only One Key Designed specifically for contractors, the Skyd Cable is a retractable cable system designed to secure equipment and tools in a truck bed. The welded-aluminum box unit is mounted in the truck bed and features a retractable, 20-ft-long, 3⁄8-in. braided-steel, vinyl-coated cable. The included equipment locks have no internal locking mechanism; instead, they are locked by threading the cable through them. Multiple locks can be threaded onto one cable, and only one key is needed to unlock the entire cable. The cable spool is designed to prevent snap-back during retraction. |
