New Areas For Steel Cable
Safety Netting and More
A steel cable and lifting gear manufacturer has developed new
areas for its well-established steel cable, adding new sectors
to the classical applications in mechanical engineering, construction
and shipbuilding. The patented X-Tend stainless steel mesh is
designed to serve a variety of architectural applications. A
range of cable diameters plus flexible ferrule spacing permit
mesh sizes suitable for safety netting, balustrade infill, zoo
enclosures and more. Also, the X-Tend stainless steel cord netting
can be used to encompass an entire tower to prevent falls. It

Temporary Guard-rails
No Bracing
Safety Boot helps create safe, guardrail and stair rail systems
throughout the construction process. The systems are freestanding,
do not require bracing and exceed OSHA fall-protection requirements. They
are made for both homebuilders and heavy commercial construction.
In heavy commercial work, Safety Boots are popular because
their high-impact polymer base can anchor directly into concrete.
