QuietJoint is a silicone-faced foam that compresses to fill interior openings. The insulation can be used to fill gaps between the ends of permanent or movable partitions as well as at the intersection of interior walls and curtain walls. In addition to its thermal-insulating qualities, QuietJoint acts as a noise dampener, with an STC53 or OITC38 rating that meets or exceeds that of the wall or partition.
