Products Snapshot: Quieter Drill Rigs and Larger-Capacity Band Saws

Text size: A A
SmatROC T35 and T40 Drill Rigs are now available with upgraded noise-reduction kits that reduce the sound levels of drilling operations by 12 dB (A). The new kit features two layers of noise-absorbent material as well as an aluminum chassis that offers improved resistance to drill- rod vibration. The cover has four access hatches that can be opened two at a time for inspections and to gain entry to the drill rod.Atlas Copco; 800-732-6762; www.atlascopco.us
