Legal
Few industries generate more legal activity than construction, so ENR's staff monitors the world of contracts and disputes, labor policy, liability, and all the related subfields. We pay attention to major cases that may have lasting affect on the industry and we watch for the evolving law involving such fields as the environment and collaborative project management.
