projects outside the firm’s home country in 2007 in $ millions. Firms not ranked last year are designated **. Those with subsidiaries included (†). Some markets may not add up to 100% due to omission of "other" miscellaneous market category and rounding.

KEY TO TYPE OF FIRM
A=architect; E=engineer; EC=engineer-contractor; AE=architect-engineer; EA=engineer-architect; ENV=environmental; G=soils or geotechnical engineer; P=planner. Other combinations possible. Firms classified themselves.
