PageSoutherlandPage, the Washington, D.C.-based architect-engineer has named George W. Hellmuth as executive vice president and regional director of business development. Most recently, he was principal of architect Perkins + Will and market-sector leader of its commercial, civic and corporate practice.

Peter J. Wallace has rejoined Hill International, Marlton, N.J., as senior vice president in its construction claims group, based in Philadelphia. He was founder and principal of the capital projects consulting practice at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. Wallace originally joined Hill in 1977, leaving as a senior vice president in 1996.

Ann Massey, formerly president and CEO of MACTEC, Alpharetta, Ga., is now director of global business lines at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, also based there. The change follows completion of AMEC's acquisition of MACTEC, announced on May 17. AMEC E&I was previously known as AMEC Earth and Environment.

Kimberly Strong

MWH, the Broomfield, Colo.-based wet infrastructure engineer-constructor, has named Kimberly Strong as vice president of ethics and compliance. She also will be director of its global business conduct program. Most recently, she was chief ethics and compliance officer for AOL Inc. Strong also was associate general counsel for corporate compliance at Qwest Communications.

Steve Kahn has joined design firm Thornton Tomasetti, New York City, as vice president in its building performance practice in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Kahn had been president of Kahn Architectural Design Group Inc.
