Robert G. Isaman
President, Terex Construction, a unit of Terex Corp.

Isaman came to Terex Corp. in January after spending 21 years at United Technologies Corp., most recently as president of Fire Safety Americas.

Isaman got his start at UTC's Otis Elevator Co. in 1985.

Heinz Dickens
Area Director & President, Terex Construction China

Based in Beijing, Dickens joined Terex Corp. in May after over 15 years' experience in the elevator business. At Otis, he worked under Isaman in marketing, sales, manufacturing and service.
