Managing Principal for Aviation Carter & Burgess

Ms. Evans is currently Managing Principal for Aviation for Carter & Burgess, Inc. She supports aviation projects around the country and directs the corporate aviation program from the Arlington, Virginia office of Carter & Burgess, Inc. Named "Woman of the Year" by Engineering News Record in 1994, Ms. Evans was lauded for her direction of the construction of the Denver International Airport. The complexity of what has been called the largest single public works project in the United States is legendary, considering her monitoring of 300 contractors and 2,000 subcontractors. Ms. Evans was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Environmental Protection Agency and the President's Medal of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
