The Greening of Interface
The Greening of Interface
Guy Lawrence / ENR

A five-part video series features Interface Inc. founder Ray Anderson and several company managers telling ENR News Director Andrew Wright how the carpet-tile manufacturer started down the path to an environmentally sustainable business model 14 years ago. The Interface managers describe how they incorporated ideas that were unheard of in the manufacturing industry at the time. The video, put together by Sebastian Howard, serves as an environmental biography of a forward-thinking company. See the series on ENR.com.

Crane Video Favorite: Many of you have already watched ENR Equipment Editor Tudor Van Hampton in training at crane school in Arizona. Whether he would pass the exam was never clear, but Tudor’s training and testing, and interviews with others at the school, were captured and expertly edited into two video features by ENR’s art director, Guy Lawrence. You can watch the videos on ENR.com. To find out if Van Hampton passed his practical exam, you’ll have to read his newest blog.
