A new federal Website is designed to foster interagency and intergovernmental disaster management. The sponsor is seeking participation from those who are likely to play roles in disaster response situations.

Resources available in disaster areas are already posted at www.disasterhelp.gov, but the main objective of the Federal Emergency Management Administration project is to give first responders, emergency managers and homeland security advisors an online capability to collaborate. They are urged to log on and register with the site.
