| U.S. General Services Administration�s Federal Center Redevelopment Lisa Wild, a project manager with the U.S. General Services Administration�s Federal Center Redevelopment team, told guests at a Society for Marketing Professional Services luncheon in Denver in mid- January about key elements of the center�s plan to green its operations and create mixed-use opportunities. Those include transit-oriented development near the center�s West Corridor light-rail station�under construction on the west end of the Federal Center�increased recreational amenities, an aggressive demolition and building replacement plan and preservation and enhancement of open space. The Denver Federal Center houses the largest collection of federal agencies on a single site outside Washington, D.C. �There are, and will continue to be, opportunities for work in and around the Federal Center,� Wild said.
