Thomas Baillie

Secretary and Senior Vice President, BOND

Baillie oversees operations of BOND's civil and utility division, which includes a range of complex and high-risk gas and electrical projects as well as campus infrastructure projects.

 

Kevin Gadsby

Corporate Safety Officer, Timberline Construction Corp.

Gadsby, with more than 30 years of industry experience, oversees Timberline's wireless division. As a certified ComTrain instructor, he trains employees for tower climbing safety and rescue. The firm has an onsite training tower. Gadsby also has assisted ComTrain as an instructor at its other U.S. sites.

 

Frank Holmes

Senior Associate, Stantec

Holmes has more than 20 years of experience as a project manager in work ranging from initial project formulation through completion of construction. He specializes in civil engineering functions that include local, state and federal permitting; utility engineering; management of stormwater and sewer systems; and sustainable design.

 

Philip Laird

President, ARC/Architectural Resources

Laird, with the firm since 1979, is a national leader in academic facility design and construction. He has worked with more than 20 independent schools nationwide as well as with several colleges and universities.

 

Patrick McCafferty

Associate Principal, Arup

McCafferty has more than 17 years of multinational engineering expertise. His experience includes structural design of museums, performance venues, airports, mixed-use developments, bridges and facades.
