KLINE
William Kline, vice president and studio leader for SmithGroupJJR's health studio in Washington, D.C., has been named to the firm's board of directors. He is serving as managing principal for two major hospital projects for Holy Cross Health in Maryland.

Bryan Carlisle has been promoted to chief executive officer of Maxim Crane Works, a Bridgeville, Pa.-based rental and sales company with 35 branches across the U.S. Carlisle had been the company's chief operating officer. He replaces Art Innamorato as CEO.

Heery International has promoted Richard "Skip" Parks to vice president in Baltimore. He continues as area manager.

Garrett M. Neeb has joined Becker Morgan Group as a survey technician in Salisbury, Md.

Pennoni Associates, Philadelphia, has promoted several employees to associate vice president: Jennifer Laning, bridge inspection practice leader in Baltimore; John Skorupan, office director in Pittsburgh; Todd Stager, office director in Mechanicsburg, Pa.; Dan Barbato, municipal division manager in Newark, Del.; Dave Steigler, office director in Chantilly, Va.; Fred Ameen, engineering division manager in Leesburg, Va.; and Mark Thomas, land development division manager in Leesburg.

Hill International has hired John McTyre, Samuel O. Atolaiye and JoAnn B. Coleman as vice presidents in Washington, D.C., and Mark Stout as a vice president in Bethel Park, Pa.

 

KNISS
Hayward Baker has promoted Ken Kniss to engineer from project manager at its regional office in Baltimore.
