The new headquarters project entailed renovation of a 65,000-sq-ft existing space. The designer's scope included interior architecture and design, space planning, furniture and fixtures. Aiming to capture Snagajob's "work hard, play hard" mentality, designers developed an open and collaborative space. Natural light and materials such as concrete, wood and metal serve as a canvas for custom furniture, bright colors and employee artwork. The space includes a "town center" replete with a bleacher-filled community gathering space, full-service kitchen and cafeteria. The space features a stainless steel multi-story slide, reminiscent of a childhood playground. Construction took just four months from demolition to completion.
