Yau Lee opened its first concrete precast plant on the mainland shortly after the Hong Kong lease expired to build components for Hong Kong projects and truck them in from the mainland. A sprawling, second plant with an R&D lab has been added, and Yau Lee’s modular, componentized, vertically integrated approach to rapidly building the tall residential towers which spike the Hong Kong skyline like stalagmites, as well as its passionate embrace of green, sustainable methods and technologies, is turning heads.

Hong Kong is a hotbed of construction innovation.  Watch that space.
