The main motivation behind developing this timeline is twofold: to identify the various new technologies that have the potential to improve the efficiency, quality and safety in construction industry and to encourage construction companies to look back into the history of technological innovations and ask questions like: why we took so long to embrace those technologies which other industries have been using for so long?
