Was Justice Served by the Manslaughter Acquittal of James Lomma?

"I have run a series of mock juries over the last two years, and the numbers that come in against Lomma and the developers would peel the paint off the courtroom walls," said Bernadette Panzella, who represents the Leo family. "We feel that we are very close to trial."

The saga is not over as the victims' attorneys prepare to mount a civil trial against Lomma.
