Ghosh helped establish Kleinfelder's climate change practice, including vulnerability assessment/resiliency planning. She leads projects for municipalities, transportation authorities and military installations on the East Coast. She has expertise in translating climate change impacts to engineering design criteria for water infrastructure; modeling climate change impacts including sea level rise, storm surge and extreme rainfall; performing complex geospatial analysis to visualize these impacts; and proposing adaptation strategies for climate resiliency in the water infrastructure sector.

Since joining VHB in 2010 as a sustainability planner in the environmental services group, Hewitt has served as project manager and technical lead for sustainability, energy and resiliency planning. Her experience includes developing sustainability plans for local government and airport clients with a specialty in sustainable energy and resiliency planning. She also champions efforts in VHB's internal operations. She helped formalize the firm's first corporate sustainability program, which she now leads. Her passion for her field extends outside the firm as well. She is an adjunct instructor at Roger Williams University, where she teaches an introductory course in sustainability studies.
