Martin O'Neill is becoming a prominent player in the fast-paced market to build data centers and mission critical facilities. Born and raised in London, England, he joined Tishman as an assistant project manager in 2000 after relocating to the U.S. He soon transitioned to working on mission-critical facilities, at which point his career progressed rapidly. His first major project was for Sentinel Data Centers at various sites in Massachusetts and Connecticut, including the new construction of a 350,000-sq-ft building. Since then, he has worked on projects with high-profile clients such as Thomson Reuters, the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Boston Children's Hospital. In 2011, O'Neill was tasked with overseeing the planning, business development and international expansion of Tishman Technologies. All combined, he has successfully delivered more than 1 million sq ft of turnkey raised-floor data center space in his 17- year industry career.

Mark Pasciuto

The son of a master plumber, Pasciuto got a taste of the construction industry early in life. After graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with an undergraduate degree in construction management, he went on to work for Shawmut Design and Construction. He was among those in the first graduating classes of the firm's Construction Management Services Training Program, which gave him experience in estimating, project management and field work. During his 10 years at Shawmut, he was promoted from assistant project manager to project manager and ultimately to senior project manager. With a focus on restaurant and hospitality projects nationwide, he worked with several large brands, including The Cheesecake Factory, for which he built 12 restaurants. Since joining Trinity Building + Construction Management two years ago, Pasciuto has leveraged that experience to work with other restaurant clients including Heartland Brewery, Benihana and Hakkasan. Pasciuto is committed to applying his talents toward community service. He has led projects for the Room-to-Dream Foundation and participated in Canstruction, a community service project benefiting thousands of hungry people.
